All products on helpfulPDFresources are digital PDF downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

When we will issue a refund

• The file you received is corrupted or unreadable and we can't replace it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The product was materially misrepresented on the product page.
