How do I receive my PDF after purchase?
Right after checkout you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to you. You can re-download anytime from that email.
What format are the files?
Everything is delivered as a PDF that opens on any phone, tablet, or computer — no special software required.
Can I print the guides?
Yes. All PDFs are formatted for clean printing on standard letter or A4 paper.
Do you offer refunds?
Because PDFs are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your file, email us and we'll make it right.
I didn't get my download email.
